What is Foxybae's Warranty Policy for defective and faulty products?

All products purchased directly from our website carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

We cannot replace or refund defective products that exceed this warranty time-frame or lack proof of purchase -- no exceptions. 

If your item was purchased from an unauthorized retailer, we unfortunately will not be able to help you.

If you purchased from an authorized reseller like TJ Maxx or Target, please email us with your proof of purchase and we should be able to assist. 

In all cases, please email us at [e-mail] along with your order number and a video/picture followed by an explanation of what has happened. We will help you to the best of our abilities!
